Walker Property and Construction offers a unique construction service for a wide variety of discerning clients on residential and commercial projects.
Founded experienced master builder Chris Walker, we undertake commissions ranging from townhouses and apartments to country estates and cottages or equestrian and spa complexes.
We project manage, program and financially control budgets. We are a dedicated and dynamic team achieving a first class standard of building, service and sound financial management
Walker property and construction service is a team of loyal and highly skilled craftsmen.
We take great pains to employ the best local trades, including stone masons, carpenters, electricians and plumbers. Locally sourced materials are used wherever possible, as we aim to keep road miles down to a minimum.
Our craftsmen are as adept at using new technology as they are with traditional skills.
We take great care to ensure that we are environmentally responsible – recycling and using green methods on our sites as much as possible

The building service is headed by Chris Walker – a master craftsman who ran his own successful construction company in London for 18 years before moving to Gloucestershire and co-founding ParrWalker.
Our construction teams are all staffed by professionals who have served apprenticeships and have years of direct practical experience in their trades.
They also include project managers, surveyors and quantity surveyors and site managers and foremen.
MAINTENANCE
Walker Property & Construction also offers a maintenance service for existing clients run by a dedicated team covering all key trades from our central offices.
We provide a rapid response to any problem from blocked drains to a leaking roof or refurbishing a bathroom. we recognise the importance of doing small jobs well. No task is beneath us: we will even hang your pictures! Many builders disappear after the expiry of their defects liability clause – but we don’t. We are always at the end of a phone.
Although our aim is to resolve a problem on the spot, if it turns out to be more complex we will refer it to our building teams. We offer a flexible service from one-off visits to maintenance contracts and annual health checks on homes we have worked on to ensure that your house stays exactly as you want it.
